After having expanded to an international group with five companies in three countries over the last couple of years, Olympus Surgical Technologies Europe needed to adjust its staff magazine to fit the new structure.

A cover story provides context and background information for a key topic and deals with all locations. Strategic topics are prepared in an understandable and eye-catching manner. Reader interest and employee perspectives are key elements of this concept.
