Social Media Strategy Development (1 – 2 days)
This workshop addresses project leaders and companies that have already gained first experiences with the different Social Media channels. A Social Media Strategy will be developed together – involving your company or brand.
• Analysis – identifying the status quo
• Targeting – identifying and fixing targets
• Listening – who is talking about the product / the brand
• Connecting – approaching the target group
• Building – building channels
• Managing – establishing channels, providing content, generating an active conversation
Following a first overview, we answer the question as to how to position the company / brand itself. Together we will develop a code of practice for a Social Media Strategy development.
